Shipping Policy

For anyone looking to make domestic (US only) orders, the related shipping cost is a flat rate of $4.99. For any domestic (US only) orders that add up to $45 or more, there is no shipping or handling costs involved! For orders to Canada, the related shipping cost is a flat rate of $14.99. Lastly, for international (non-canadian) orders, the related shipping cost is a flat rate $17.99.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes our orders are not what our customers expect and we are here to fix any issues or obstacles that come up throughout the shipping, handling, and delivery processes. Returns Policy: We unfortunately do not accept returns of any products sold on this site. We will not issue refunds related to any purchase on this site, if there is an issue, please refer to our exchange policy below or contact us for further information.
Exchange policy: We do accept exchanges of any item sold on this site. However, the item sold must be shipped back in the same condition it was when shipped and everything that was originally in the box needs to be returned with the product. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling costs related to exchanges. To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact us and receive authorization prior to shipping the item.
Address Policy
In the past, we have had some customers order our products and in the process, enter a faulty shipping address. We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered while ordering from this site and would hate to send our product to the incorrect address. Furthermore, we encourage all of our customers to double-check the addresses inputed prior to finalizing their orders. If by chance, you realize that you have entered the wrong address shortly after finalizing your order, please contact us and we will try and fix the issue. We are not responsible for any order with incorrect addresses provided at checkout and apologize for any inconvenience.
Item Disclaimer
We strive to show products on our website that look identical to how they are in person. Depending on the device being used to view our products online, there may be slight differences in color. Our products' colors, hues, and gradients may translate differently on various devices. If you are curious about the specific color of a product you are interested in, please contact us for more information. We do not accept returns or refunds for products that customer's perceive have differences in color on screen and in person.
